PILATES FLOW
Pilates Flow is a integrative movement class fusing multiple elements together to bring the best of smooth flow, strength and mobility.
With the chance to move in unique and non-linear ways, this practice aims to give the body an opportunity to explore all of its nuances gently and mindfully.
Such elements include Classical Pilates, Yoga, Dance and Qi Gong. There is no rushing here!

VINYASA
Vinyasa flow is a dynamic type of yoga practice flowing through postures linking breath with movement.
Flow sequence is stringed and designed to help build strength, flexibility and calm the mind.
Modifications are offered and props are used in classes for inclusivity and accessibility. Suitable for all levels.
Safe space to explore, expand and also have fun.

SLOW FLOW
A connected and conscious flow through movement.
This class is slower paced and is one that helps us connect back to ourselves through the fluid movements and flow of each posture.

HATHA YOGA
Hatha, literally meaning “Sun” and “Moon”, is about combining the opposite parts of yourself; the mind and the body.
By being guided into simple poses you have time to feel your way into each pose, focusing on alignment and stability.
This class is perfect for the slower mover or the person who has trouble getting out of their head, focusing that mental energy on the body instead.
With enough time in each pose to adjust and build the connection between body and mind you’ll feel a deep sense of embodiment and groundedness.

YIN
Yin yoga is a restorative and a meditative type of class where deliberate postures are held for a longer period of time (usually 3-5 minutes) to access the deeper connective tissues or the fascia in the body to release out tension.
Props such as bolsters and blocks are used for support to allow the muscles to ease and cultivating relaxation by calming the nervous system.
Perfect way to balance out the yang of modern day life.

BREATHWORK & MEDITATION
Breathwork and Meditation: the name says it all.
Through guided body scans, breathing techniques from yoga, and a guided meditation, you’re shown many different ways to arrive at a meditative state.
Through clear and concise instructions you become familiar with this state so that it becomes easier to get there every time you come.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, with a sense of clarity and oneness, and the tools to help you deal with stress and ready yourself for your own meditation practice.
